Insurance Information

We are in-network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for Occupational Therapy. For all other insurance plans we are an out-of-network provider. This means if your plan has out-of-network benefits, we can bill your insurance company on your behalf. You will receive reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. You can review our out-of-network rates below.

We have partnered with Mentaya to offer a secure portal where you can check your plan benefits, calculate your out-of-pocket costs, and reimbursement.

Our Rates

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy Evaluations - $150 for a 1 hour session, which includes a comprehensive write-up and a one-to-one session with the Therapist to review the evaluation.
Therapy Sessions (in-clinic) - $125 per session for 45 minutes. $95 per session if scheduled between 9am and 2pm in-clinic.
Therapy Sessions (in-school) - $125 per sessions for 45 minutes, which are conducted in a separate room at your child's daycare or ABA center. We work with several schools and centers in the area.

Feeding Therapy

Feeding Therapy Evaluations - $250 for a 2 hour session, which we may separate into two one-hour sessions. The Therapist will complete a comprehensive write-up and schedule a one-to-one to review the results.
Therapy Sessions (in-clinic) - $125 per session for 45 minutes. $95 per session if scheduled between 9am and 2pm in-clinic.
Therapy Sessions (at home) - $125 per sessions for 45 minutes.
Consultations - $145 per hour for phone consultations outside of the initial evaluation.

Speech Therapy

Speech Therapy Evaluations - $200 for a 1 hour evaluation, which includes a comprehensive write-up and a one-to-one with the Therapist to review the results.
Therapy Sessions (in-clinic) - $100 per session for 30 minutes.
