Kimberly Hurley

Kimberly A. Hurley MOT, OTR/L

Kimberly is the owner and founder of Alta Pediatrics. Kimberly always had a passion for helping people. Before going to school for occupational therapy, she helped with her father’s recovery and modifications of their home after a severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). She  worked as a Special Education teacher, as well as a hippo-therapy assistant, helping occupational and physical therapists provide services on horseback.

Kimberly attended Rutgers University where she attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and then graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Since receiving her degree, she has worked with with adults in an outpatient hand and upper extremity and general occupational therapy rehabilitation setting. and with pediatrics for handwriting, fine motor, and sensory deficits as well.

Kimberly is an adjunct professor for the OTA program at Felician College and serves as Vice President of the Westfield Day Care Center Board.
